This hotel is located right on Hwy 19 in New Port Richey. There are a lot of things to do in the area, and several restaurants within walking distance. There is a trolley that runs around the town if you want to use that (it's not run by the hotel but there is a trolley stop at the hotel).||Our room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The a/c worked well. The shower was a walk-in and we appreciated that the design was such that you didn't have to worry about getting water all over the floor. The bath products included an actual bar of soap in addition to body wash and shampoo and conditioner.||The wifi was super fast; no issues downloading or streaming on our devices.||They have on-site parking around the building but also have covered parking in the parking garage just behind the hotel. It's free to park there on the first level. Your room key will let you in the back door of the hotel so you don't have to go all the way around the building to get back in. There is a Keiser University on the corner that likely brings more traffic, but we were there on a weekend, so things were quiet.||The breakfast was average; they could benefit from offering gluten-free options for guests that need it. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I can never say enough about this place! I relocated from NPR to Jacksonville a few years ago, but still come back often to visit my daughter and other relatives and always stay here! From the friendly staff and covered parking to the fantastic location and nearby local hubs, it is a perfect choice for those visiting the area! The little details like the icy cold lemon water in the lobby and the downtown shuttle that comes every 20-30 mins are just some of the things that have made me fall in love with this hotel! They have a great little wading pool ( 3 ft deep) that is perfect for my 4 year old granddaughter and their accessibility rooms are top notch! I'm usually traveling with my friend who is wheelchair bound so this is very important to us! They have roll in showers, and even provided us with a shower seat. Always above and beyond! 10/10! Luxury on a budget! Love, love, love!

PROS: Rooms are great, breakfast is served from 6am-9am. Offering various breakfast items. Staff is welcoming.The pool area is a bit tight . Wish they offered lounge chairs . The gym does not offer much hopefully they add to this area. The entryway lounge area is nice and spacious with seating to relax and converate. CONS: Don't use the WIFI it runs on a unsecured network and I received many alerts regarding my passwords being compromised. Lots of shops, eateries, bowling,arcades and trampoline parks in area.

We usually stay at another hotel in town, but as I was Booking, I was in a hurry and I accidentally booked this hotel. I am so thankful that we did. Miss Lisa at the front desk was absolutely amazing. The room was handicap accessible, but not only that it was spotless and there was extra room for my Wheelchair. It was completely quiet. We did not hear the neighbors at all. We didn’t have to beg for towels they were brought to our door. The continental breakfast was amazing and very satisfying. We will stay here every time we come back to town, which is at least once a month. If you want value for your money, this is the place to stay. Best Mother’s Day weekend hand down!!!

Nice clean rooms. The entire hotel is new and fresh. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Very conveniently located for visiting Tarpon Springs, Howard Park. Honeymoon Island, Sunset Beach. Also great little town New Port Richey in walking distance. Great place to stay at an affordable price

This was the most enjoyable hotel stay. The entire staff was amazing. The breakfast was perfect, a lot of choices, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, waffles, real eggs unlike the Hilton. John made sure everything was fresh and everyone was enjoying their breakfast. The housekeeping staff was accommodating and friendly. I would choose this over the Hilton any day and I am a Hilton honors member. Thank you to the entire staff, you are all amazing.

Pros:||- Hotel is fairly new. Room was spotlessly clean - even behind the furniture and around the edges. Simulated wood floor and simple furniture which I prefer.|- Comfortable bed with firm mattress.|- Microwave and refrigerator in the room. |- Good Location - Located on the main North-South road US-19. Walmart, supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Easy access to gulf beaches.|- Large HDTV with a good selection of cable TV channels and good picture quality.|- Hot Breakfast with eggs and sausage/bacon/hash depending on the day and other items included. |- Plenty of counter space in the bathroom, shower had good water pressure.|- WiFi worked well.|- Friendly and helpful staff.||Cons:||- The window does not open in this hotel, which I like for fresh air if cool enough.|Other than that, that's it! I shall be returning.
